摘　　要：人民币跨境业务管理前置系统是为了人民币跨境收付信息管理系统(简称RCPMIS)的建设,将各个单位系统与RCPMIS连接起来的桥梁。前置系统的出现为商业银行与RCPMIS间所传数据统一了格式,提高了各系统间数据交互的工作效率,为商业银行减轻二次开发的负担,有效地减少了资金投入并且提供了更加安全到位的服务。The front-end system of cross-border RMB business management is for construction receipt and payment information management system（RCPMIS）,which is the bridge to connect various units of the system with RCPMIS.The appearce of front-end system unified format for transfer data of the commercial bank and the RCPMIS,improce data interaction between various systems work efficiency,reduce the burden of the re-development of commercial banks,and provide more security services.
