摘  要:为满足型号HDLG808CW5W(工作电流低于5A)半导体激光器对低漂移,高精度的驱动器的需求,基于负反馈原理,将激光器的注入电流作为反馈量,实现电流的稳定控制,并给出相应的传递函数表达式。采用DC/DC变换电路对输入电压进行降压处理,解决了恒流源变换的效率偏低的问题。实际测试验证,驱动电流在0~5A内连续可调,电流纹波系数可达0.5%以下,电源变换效率可达80%以上。结果表明,该驱动器能够满足HDLG808CW5W型号半导体激光器的驱动需求。To satisfy the requirements on low drift,high precision drive for model HDLG808CW5W(operating current is less than 5A) laser diodes,based on the principle of negative feedback,a stable current was achieved by taking the current of the laser as the feedback,corresponding transfer function expression was gave.Applying DC/DC circuit in lowering the input voltage,it solved the problem of low efficiency in voltage-to-current conversion.Based on actual experiments,the drive current was continuously adjustable within 5A,while the current ripple factor is under 0.5% and the power conversion efficiency is above 80%.The results illustrated that the driver met the demand of HDLG808CW5W model laser diodes.
