摘  要:在区域经济一体化的国际背景和"2013年中国海洋旅游年"的国内背景下,辽宁沿海经济带葫芦岛、锦州、盘锦、营口、大连和丹东六市的旅游业迎来前所未有的发展契机,城市之间在资源、区位交通和政策上有明显的整合优势。虽然六个城市在沿海旅游资源和旅游产品上有诸多的共性,但每个城市依然有其独特之处,所以应该突出优势、扬长避短、杜绝旅游产品的重复性开发。同时,沿海经济带应采取海陆互动的旅游创新发展思路,将滨海和陆域旅游扩展到海洋和海岛旅游,不仅是地域的扩展,同时旅游的内容、旅游产品和形式等均相应倍增,为沿海经济带旅游发展提供广阔的发展空间。Under the international background of regional integration and domestic background of Marine Tourism Year in 2013, the tourist industry in Huludao, Jinzhou, Panjin, Yingkou, Dalian and Dandong in Liaoning coastal economic zone will obtain an unprecedented development opportunity, and the resources, traffic and policies among cities have an obvious integrated advantage. Although six cities have much in common on the coastal tourist resources and products, each city still has its own characteristics. We should give full play to its own strengths and avoid the iterative development. At the same time, the coast- al economic zone should take the tourism innovation development ideas of sea-land interaction and expan- ding the tourism from the coastal and land to the sea and island. It is not only the regional extension, but also the tourism content, products and forms should all multiply accordingly, which will provide a broader space for coastal economic zone tourism development.
