摘 要:使用有限元方法对永磁直线同步电机(PMLSM)进行二维建模,分析了初级定位力的变化规律,在此基础上,在初级两端各增加一个边齿,以边齿的齿长h、齿宽w及离最近绕组齿的距离d等为参数,分析了各个参数对定位力的影响,并以减小定位力绝对值的最大峰值为目标,设计正交优化试验获得了最优的边齿参数。最后对PMLSM原型和优化模型进行了动态性能的仿真分析。结果表明,优化边齿后PMLSM的定位力大幅降低,动态性能明显改善。The 2D model of Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor (PMLSM) was developed by finite element method, and the detent force of primary was analyzed. Based on the analysis, two outlet edge teeth were added at the primary of the PMLSM, and the length h of the outlet edge tooth, width w and distance d from the nearest winding teeth were defined. The influence of different parameters on detent force of primary was studied. In order to minimize the maximum peak of the absolute value of the detent force, Jthe parameters of the outlet edge tooth were further optimized by orthogonal design, and better parameters were acquired. Finally, the dynamical performances of PMLSM prototype and optimized model were analyzed and verified. Research results showed that the detent force was greatly reduced and the dynamical performance was improved.
