摘  要:针对直驱螺杆泵用交流永磁同步电动机在采油过程中因停电出现崩溃转矩,造成设备损坏和人身伤害,分析了直驱螺杆泵反转扭矩和永磁同步电动机崩溃扭矩产生的机理、影响因素,给出永磁同步电动机崩溃扭矩的测量方法,提出选择直驱螺杆泵用交流永磁同步电动机应考虑的参数和要求。In view of the occurrence of collapse torque of AC permanent magnet synchronous motor used in direct-drive screw pump during the process of oil production due to power cut, and the consequence of resul- ting in equipment damage and personal injury, the generation mechanism and influencing factors of reverse torque in direct-drive screw pump and collapse torque in PM synchronous motor were studied. A measure- ment method of the collapse torque was proposed and the parameters and requirements that should be consid- ered in choosing an AC permanent magnet synchronous motor for direct-drive screw pump were put forward.
