摘  要:降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)超家族 ,包括一类组成和结构上相近的多肽。降钙素主要调控钙代谢 ;淀粉素与糖尿病关系密切 ,也有弱的心血管效应 ;CGRP以其强烈舒张血管、降低血压、激动心肌和抑制血管平滑肌增殖等作用 ,与心血管疾病、特别是高血压密切相关 ,CGRP不仅参与疾病的发生与发展 ,更可以作为抗高血压物质 ,具有潜在的临床应用价值 ;肾上腺髓质素的许多效应与 CGRP类似 。Calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP)superfamily includes several polypeptides with structural similarities.Calcitonin is mainly involved in calcium metabolism.Besides its close association with diabetes,amylin also has effects on cardiovascular system to some extent.CGRP can potently dilate blood vassels,lower blood pressure,excite heart and inhibit vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation,so it is closely tied with cardiovascular diseases,and hypertension in particular.CGRP does not only help to develop diseases,but also acts as an antihypertensive substance,thus it has potential clinical applications.Actually many effects of adrenomedullin are similar to CGRP,whose relation with hypertension attracts and activates more and more studies in this aspect.
