摘 要:机床的动静态特性是影响机床性能的重要因素,以HTM40100卧式车铣复合加工中心整机为研究对象,采用有限元分析技术对整机及其床身、立柱、导轨、丝杠、尾台等主要部件进行了静力学分析和模态分析,对比分析了机床三个方向的静刚度,并得到系统前四阶模态的固有频率和阵型,发现立柱是影响整机动静态性能的薄弱环节,为设计人员改进其截面形状和筋型,提高机床的动静态特性提供了理论依据。The static and dynamic characteristics of machine are the important factors that affect machine performance.Taking the horizontal turning-milling machine center HTM40100 as the research object,using the finite element technology to make the static and modal analysis for the main components of whole system,such as bed,column,guide rail,ballscrew,tailstock and so on.Comparing the three directions static stiffness of machine and getting the inherent frequency and formation of first four modes in the system,we discover that column is the weak link,which has an important influence on the static and dynamic characteristics of whole system.This method provides a theoretical basis for designers who can change its cross-section shapes and tendon types to improve the static and dynamic characteristics of machine.
