摘 要:关于制造车间工程变更评审时对产品交货期难以预测这一实际问题,建立制造车间工程变更产品交货期预测方法。首先,确定产品中变更零件的数量、零件生产的关键路径和相关工序的关键资源,并构建资源集合这一能力校核对象,通过基于能力约束的计算获得关键负荷指数以编制零件计划,然后利用基于MBOM结构树的工程变更产品交货期预测算法获得产品的交货期。最后通过一个复合材料制造车间的实例验证了该方法的可行性。It is difficult to forecast the product due dates of engineering change of manufacturing shop when engineering changes are evaluated.To deal with this problem,a method of due dates forecast was proposed.Firstly,the number of change parts of the product,the critical path of part manufacturing and the corresponding critical resource were confirmed,and resource set were set up.The calculation approach based on capacity constraints gets the critical load index to make the part plan.Then,using the method of due dates based on structure of MBOM calculate the due date of the product.Finally,a case study of manufacturing shop of composite materials was provided to validate the feasibility of the proposed method.
