摘　　要：高炉检修时,焦炉每年进行多次的煤气置换作业,通过分析置换煤气及炉温调整过程,确定优化方案,使置换煤气时间缩短至2h,炉温调整时间缩短至5天。This paper analyzed adjustment for replacement gas and oven temperature for an optimal solution due to multi-time gas replacement for coke oven battery each year due to blast furnace main- tenance so that time consumption for gas replacement can be reduced to two hours and that for oven temperature adjustment can be cut to five days.
