冠状动脉性心脏病患者的个性特征、应对方式与心理健康的调查

摘　　要：对61例冠心病患者(冠心病组)和60例正常人(对照组)应用艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)、医学应对问卷(MCMQ)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和一般状况测查表进行对照调查。与对照组相比,冠心病组在个性特征方面有更高的内-外倾向性(E)、情绪稳定性(N)分,更多的外倾行为和情绪不稳定性格(P<0.01);应对方式方面,冠心病组面对分量表评分显著低于对照组,而屈服分量表评分则显著高于对照组(P<0.01);心理健康状况方面,冠心病组症状自评量表总分、总均分、阳性项目数及各因子均分均高于对照组(P<0.01),其中在焦虑、抑郁、强迫、敌对、人际敏感、恐怖、偏执、躯体化等因子分均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);焦虑、抑郁量表总分均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。Sixty-one cases of patients with coronary heart disease （ CHD group） and sixty normal subjects （ control group） were investigated with Eysenck Personality Questionnaire （EPQ）, Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire （ MCMQ）, Symptoms Checklist （ SCL-90 ）, Self-rating Anxiety Scale （ SAS）, Self-rating Depression Scale （SDS） and generally investigated tables. Compared with normal group, coronary heart disease group had higher scores in E. N score, had more extraverted behavior and emotional instability personality （P 〈 0.01 ）. The score of confron- tation subseale in the coronary heart disease group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）, while the score of acceptance subseale in the coronary heart disease group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The total score, average mark, number of positive items and the average factor score of the coronary heart disease patients group were higher than those of the control group in SCL-90 scale inves- tigation （P 〈0. 01）. Coronary heart disease group got notably higher score in anxiety, depression, obsession, in- terpersonal sensitivity, hostility, phobia, paranoid, somatization and in the total score of anxiety and depression （ P 〈0.01）.
