摘　　要：目的 :为探讨胸腹水和血清总胆汁酸 (TBA)水平关系及临床应用价值。方法 :应用双酶法试剂盒对 1 6 4例病人胸腹水总胆汁酸与血清总胆汁酸作一对比 ,并进行相关分析。结果 :不论何种疾病血清总胆汁酸均值高于胸腹水总胆汁酸均值 ,二者呈正相关 ,关系密切。结论 :胸腹水 TBA与血清 TBA的检测有同样的临床意义 ,特别对于原因未明的胸腹水 ,其总胆汁酸测定有助于诊断与鉴别来源 。Objective To study the level change of the total bile acids in escitic and pleural effusion have been compared with total bile acids in serum and its value of clirical appliance.Method Reagent kit of total bile acids engymatic methodwith automatic analyser model 7150 was used to measure total bile acids.Results The average of total bile acids in serum of casesewere higher than those in escitic and pleural effusion.Conclusion To unclear cause of diseases,determination of total bile acids in escitic and pleural effusion is of great value in clinical.
