McKenzie疗法结合物理因子治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨McKenzie疗法结合物理因子治疗对神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法 84例神经根型颈椎病的患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各42例。观察组采用McKenzie疗法结合物理因子治疗,对照组采用颈椎牵引结合物理因子治疗。治疗前、后用视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评定疼痛程度,并对Mck-enzie运动功能缺失程度及临床疗效进行评定。结果治疗2个疗程后,2组VAS评分均较治疗前明显降低(均P<0.05),观察组较对照组降低更明显(P<0.05)。颈椎运动功能缺失程度评定比较:观察组除前突和屈曲,其他方向运动在治疗后均得到明显改善;对照组在伸展,左、右侧屈和左旋转改善较明显。观察组治愈、好转率为85.71%,明显高于对照组的73.80%(P<0.05)。结论 McKenzie疗法结合物理因子治疗神经根型颈椎病效果好于颈椎牵引结合物理因子治疗。Objective To explore the effects of McKenzie therapy combined with physical therapy on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy（CSR）. Methods Eighty-four patients with CSR were randomly divided into two groups,with 42 patients in each group.The observation group was given McKenzie therapy and physical therapy.The control group was given cervical traction and physical therapy.The degree of pain was evaluated using visual analogue scale（VAS） and the loss of motor function was assessed using McKenzie method before and after treatment. Results After 2 courses of treatment,VAS scores significantly decreased in both groups and the decrease in observation group was more obvious than that in control group（P＆lt;0.05）.In observation group,the cervical motion function（except protrusion and buckling） was significantly improved after treatment.In control group,the extension,left lateral flexion,right lateral flexion and left rotation were significantly improved after treatment.The improvement rate in observation group was obviously higher than that in control group（85.71% vs 73.80%,P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion McKenzie therapy combined with physical therapy is superior to cervical traction combined with physical therapy for treating CSR.
