聚酰亚胺复合膜的制备及富氧性能的研究

摘  要:以均苯四甲酸酐和4,4-二氨基二苯醚为反应单体,首先通过溶液缩聚法制得前驱体聚酰胺酸,再以超声震荡法与分子筛共混,最后经热亚胺化处理得到聚酰亚胺复合膜。结果表明,分子筛添加量为3%时,复合膜富氧浓度可达33.9%。First polyamic acid(PAA) was synthesized with 4,4-diamino diphenyl oxide(ODA) and pyromellitic dianhydride(PMDA)as raw materials.Second NMS and PAA were mixed by ultrasonic vibrating and PI-NMS composition membrane was formed by heating imidization.Finally its oxygen-enrichment performance was studied.Oxygen density of PI-NMS composition membrane containing 3% of NMS is up to 33.9%.
