摘 要:[目的]探讨视频健康教育方法对普外科病人术前焦虑的干预效果。[方法]将普外科2个病区120例病人分为对照组(1病区)和实验组(2病区)各60例。对照组采用常规术前健康教育模式,实验组采用视频教育模式并结合针对病人疑问的一对一指导,分别在实施健康教育前后使用状态-特质焦虑问卷(STAI)对两组病人焦虑水平进行评价。[结果]实施健康教育后实验组状态焦虑值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]电化教育是一种能有效减轻病人术前焦虑的健康教育方式。Objective:To analyze intervention effect of videos health education methods for preoperative anxiety of patients in department of general surgery.Methods:A total of 120cases of patients in two general surgery wards were divided into control group(first ward)and experimental group(second ward),60cases in each.Control group patients received conventional preoperative health education model,Experimental group patients received one on one instruction by using video education mode combined with the patients’ questions,then the Status-Trait Anxiety Inventory(STAI)was used to evaluate the level of anxiety of two groups of patients before and after the implementation of health education.Results:The state anxiety values of the experimental group patients were lower than that of the control group after health education(P0.05).Conclusion:Audio-visual education is akind of health education which can effectively reduce preoperative anxiety of patients
