摘 要:对不同灰分的低硫煤进行了缓慢灰化法和快速灰化法的测定结果比对,经t检验分析表明:对于灰分为6%~23%的神混2号煤、外购2号煤和石炭2号煤,快灰仪法可代替缓慢灰化法;对于特低灰煤(4%~6%),快灰仪法与慢灰法该2种方法存在显著的系统误差,应根据具体情况对快灰仪运行参数进行调整。Comparison of slow ashing method and rapid ashing method for different ash yield determination of low-sulfur coals were introduced in this paper. The analysis on the t-test showed that for the coals with 6% -23% ash yield such as shenhun 2^# coal (blending), 2~ coal (purchased outside) and 2^# coal (carbonization period), rapid ashing method could substitute the slow ashing method; for the ultra-low-ash coals (4% -6% ), there was a significant systematic error between these two methods,, and the operating parameters of rapid ashing method should be adjusted based on specific circumstances.
