摘　　要：该文依据近年来重庆市建筑节能专项监督检查掌握的情况,分析总结新建建筑节能工程实施中影响实施质量与节能效果的问题,结合重庆建筑节能工作实际研究提出对策。Based on the current situation of energy-saving supervision and inspection on new buildings in recent years in Chongqing,problems influencing construction quality and energy saving effects of new buildings in the construction process are analyzed and strategies and suggestions are presented in accordance with actual research status of energy conservation in Chongqing.
