摘　　要：网络经济时代出现的关系资本突破了原有的资本框架,拓宽了经济发展的研究视野。文章在对国内外关系资本内涵、功能、构成要素及构建等方面研究进行梳理、评述的基础上,对其未来发展趋势作进一步的探讨,指出未来可深入研究关系资本所具有的功能、关系资本的定量分析、关系资本的构建路径等问题,而且需要重视中国本土研究中得出的结论对关系资本理论的补充。最后,从中国的特定经济背景和文化背景出发,构建系统、完整的关系资本理论体系。The theory of relational capital in network economy era exceeds the original capital framework, broadening the economic development vision. Based on a more systimatic analysis of the domestic and foreign research on relational capital connotation, functions, elements and building, the paper attempts to make a further discussion on future development trend of the research, and points out some areas which need to be deeply studied, such as evaluating of the functionality of the relational capital, quantitative analysis of the relational capital, establishing the path of relationship capital. It is also needed to focus on the complement of the conclusions in the Chinese local studies on relational capital theory, build a complete and systimatic relational capital theory, based on China＇s specific economic and cultural background.
