摘  要:设计了工作转速1200 r/s的旋转圆筒。圆筒由玻璃纤维复合材料转筒与上、下铝合金端盖过盈装配而成。采用有限元方法计算出旋转圆筒不同转速时的结构应力场,对端盖-转筒的接触分析确定过盈量以及端盖相应的安全系数;对圆筒-支承系统进行动力学建模与仿真,计算出轴系模态振型、模态频率以及临界转速。结果表明端盖-转筒在工作转速时不会发生松脱、应力状态安全;圆筒升速至1200 r/s的过程中,只需经过两个极低的临界转速(6 r/s和9 r/s)。旋转圆筒结构力学与动力学设计合理。A rotational cylinder that can rotate at a maximum speed 1200r/s was designed.The cylinder was made of glass fiber composite material drum and upper and lower aluminum alloy plate interference.The finite element method was used to calculate the structure stress field of the rotational cylinder at different speeds.The shrink range and its safety factor were obtained by contact analysis between end covers and cylinder.The dynamic model of the cylinder-bearing-damper system was built to calculate critical speeds,mode shapes and modal frequencies at different speeds.The results show that the end-cover and cylinder keeps in fixed contact at the speed 1200 r/s,and the structure is safe.The cylinder will pass through two very low critical speeds(6r/s and 9r/s)when the speed is up to 1200r/s.The structure design and dynamic design are appropriate.
