摘　　要：注塑模标准件中包含有大量的组合标准件,为了解决目前组合标准件建模困难,以及构成组合标准件的各零件之间缺乏关联等问题,提出了一种注塑模关联式组合标准件库的设计与实现方案。在已有零件标准件库的基础上,通过增加记录组合标准件各组成零件之间规格选配关系的选配关系数据表实现了组合标准件的规格选择与调入,然后通过UDO关联技术实现了组合标准件各组成零件的同步设计变更。从而,在UG NX平台上开发了注塑模关联式组合标准件库。Injection mold standard parts contain a great quantity combined standard parts.To solve the problem of difficulty of combined standard parts modeling and the lack of association among components of combined standard parts,a design and implement scheme for injection mold associated combined standard parts library is proposed.Based of the parts standard database,the system realizes the selection and invoking of combined standard parts through a matching database,which records the matching relationship among all parts.And it realizes synchronization change of each part of combined standard parts by establishment of UDO relevance among each component parts of the combination standard parts.Therefore,it develops an injection mold associated combined standard parts library on UG NX platform.
