摘 要:建立了往复式油气混输泵组合阀简化后的二维轴对称维流场几何模型。根据泵速、活塞行程和活塞直径等工作参数,给定阀的边界条件,采用标准的k-ε湍流模型、动网格技术以及UDF用户自定义程序,对介质不同气液比下组合阀的启闭过程进行了非定常数值仿真。获得了组合阀开启、关闭过程中阀芯表面压力分布、阀隙流速、瞬态液动力与介质气液比、阀开启高度之间的定量关系。结果表明:阀芯开启高度一定时,介质气液比越大瞬态液动力越小;介质气液比一定时,随着阀芯开启高度的增大瞬态液动力减小。The simplified 2-D axis-symmetry geometry model of the flow field for reciprocating oil-gas multiphase pump combined valve is established.Combined with pump speed,piston stroke and piston diameter,given the boundary condition of the valve,the unsteady opening-closing process of combined valve under different gas-liquid ratio is simulated.The simulation was carried on based on standard k-ε turbulent model,dynamic mesh technology and user defined function.The relationship between pressure distribution on valve core,valve gap flow velocity and transient flow force to the gas-liquid ratio and valve open height during opening and closing of valve are obtained.The results show that the transient flow force decreases with the increase of gas-liquid ratio,when open height keeps constant.And the transient flow force decreases with the increase of open height,when the gas-liquid ratio keeps constant.
