摘  要:实际加工前预先实现了对传动箱体零件典型弧面加工过程在计算机上的仿真模拟。首先在UG CAM中得到传动箱体典型弧面加工的刀位源文件,通过UG的后置处理模块生成加工所需的NC代码,然后将其导入Vericut中来控制虚拟机床,并作用于箱体的典型弧面,得到了该传动箱体零件典型弧面高速铣削加工的仿真过程。检验了此加工过程中的碰撞、干涉及NC代码的正确性,并修正了NC代码。从而降低了生产成本,缩短了生产周期,对实际生产过程有重要的指导意义。Analogue simulation of milling process for arc-surface of the transmission box has been realized on computer before practical machining.NC code to machine arc-surface of the transmission box was obtained in UG CAM module.Then,the code was imported into Vericut in order to control the virtual machine to mill the box's arc-surface.As a result,the simulation process on typical arc-surface of the transmission box was achieved.Meanwhile,the collision and interference were all verified as well.The accuracy of NC code was not only tested but also modified in this process.Due to this work has been finished,the production cost will be decreased and the production cycle will be shortened.It is of great guiding significance for the actual production process.
