摘  要:以PE250×400型复摆颚式破碎机动颚为研究对象,利用三维设计软件SolidWorks对动颚进行了三维实体建模,然后导入到有限元软件ANSYS Workbench中对其进行了有限元静力学分析,得到了动颚受到最大破碎力时的整体变形图、应力图、应变图和安全系数图,通过分析表明,所设计的动颚零件在受到最大破碎力作用时,其整体变形主要在动颚体上,动颚头部没有明显的变形,其最大变形值为0.087mm,所以动颚的刚度能够满足工作要求,其最大应力为62MPa,其最低工作安全系数为5,因此,动颚的强度也能够满足工作要求。With the moving jaw of PE250×400 pendulum jaw crusher as the research object,using the SolidWorks of 3D design software,it established the 3D model of the moving jaw,then imported the 3D model into the finite element software ANSYS Workbench,and analyzed its statics using the finite element method,and got the deformation figure and stress figure and strain figure and safety factor figure while the moving jaw undertaking the biggest broken force,through the analysis it shows that the main deformation of the designed moving jaw is on the moving jaw body,then the moving jaw head is without noticeable deformation,and the maximum deformation value is 0.087mm,so the moving jaw stiffness can meet the working requirements,and the maximum stress is 62MPa,the minimum safety factor is 5;therefore,the strength of the moving jaw can also meet the working requirements.
