摘  要:工程机械用高强钢焊件在服役过程中,由于焊接残余应力及其他因素的共同作用,承载能力下降、寿命不长等情况时有发生,采用盲孔法对板厚为6 mm和12 mm的国产高强钢20MnTiB对接焊接接头试样进行了残余应力测试,以研究不同厚度、相同厚度焊缝正反面对残余应力的影响规律,分析其分布规律曲线。研究结果表明,焊接接头残余应力的分布规律是:纵向残余应力以焊缝中心基本对称,呈双峰分布,在熔合线处出现了峰值,其值高达660 MPa;横向残余应力维持在较小的水平,其最大值不超过195 MPa。结果表明:板厚6 mm和12 mm的残余应力分布规律相似,相同板厚的正反面残余应力分布规律相似。Due to a combination of welding residual stress and other factors ,the situation of load - carrying capacity drop and service life decline and etc., for the welding parts of high strength steel which used for engineering machinery, happens occasionally. In this paper,welding residual stress,for the welding joints of home-made high strength steel 20MnTiB with thickness of 6mm and 12 ram, has been measured in blind-hole method,so as to research the effect laws with different thickness,and the front and back of the welds,and analyze the their distribution curve. The results indicate longitudinal residual stress of the welding joints appears centrosymmetric on the whole,with two apexes at weld-fusion line.the peak value reaches up to 660 MPa. However,horizontal residual stress stays at a smaller level with a maximal value not exceed 195 MPa. The results also demonstrate welding residual stress of thickness of 6mm and 12mm has a similar distribution regularity, and also similar for the front and back of the same welds.
