摘  要:氮作为钢中的间隙原子,通过与其他合金元素之间的相互作用,能改善钢的强度、韧性,耐磨性和耐点蚀性能。在堆焊材料中利用氮代替部分碳进行合金化,能够提高熔敷金属的抗焊接热裂纹能力,同时获得优异的耐磨蚀性能和高温稳定性。从基础理论研究和应用实例两方面详细介绍了氮合金化堆焊材料的研究现状,重点阐述氮在钢中的溶解与析出、碳氮化物的析出行为及其强化机理,并通过实例概述了氮合金化堆焊材料在应用方面的进展。As a gap-atom element,nitrogen can improve many properties of steels through reactions with other alloy elements, including hardness,toughness,wearing resistance and pitting resistance. Using the nitrogen instead of the carbon,the welding hot- crack resistance,wearing resistance and high temperature stability of deposited metal can be greatly improved. Based on the theoretical study and applications,the research status of nitrogen-alloying surfacing materials was introduced in detail in this paper. The dissolution and precipitation of nitrogen in steel ,earbonitride precipitation and its strengthening mechanism was presented with emphasis. The development of nitrogen-alloying surfacing materials application was also summarized through some examples.
