摘 要:以SBA-15型介孔分子筛为载体,先采用过饱和浸渍法制备出Na2O/SBA-15催化剂,然后在间歇釜式反应器中使油酸与正丁醇进行酯化反应制备出油酸丁酯。研究了催化剂的制备工艺条件和酯化反应工艺条件对催化剂性能的影响。结果表明,在Na2O负载量[m(Na2O)/m(SBA-15)]为3%,焙烧温度为550℃,n(正丁醇)/n(油酸)为3,反应温度为190℃,反应时间为6 h,Na2O/SBA-15催化剂用量[m(Na2O/SBA-15)/m(总原料)]为5.0%的最佳工艺条件下,油酸转化率最大可达到77.11%。重复使用5次后Na2O/SBA-15催化剂仍具有较好催化活性。Na2O/SBA - 15 catalyst was prepared by supersaturated impregnation with mesoporous mo- lecular sieve SBA - 15 as carrier. The catalyst was used to synthesize n- butyl oleate from oleic acid and n -butyl alcohol by esterification in a batch re- actor. The effects of process conditions of catalyst preparation and esterification reaction on the catalyst behavior were investigated. The results showed that under the conditions of Na2O loading [ m ( Na2O ) /m(SBA- 15 )] 3%, calcination temperature 550 ~C ,n( n - butyl alcohol)/n( oleic acid) 3 ,reac- tion temperature 190 ℃, reaction time 6 h, catalys content [ m ( Na2O/SBA - 15 )/m ( total feedstock ) ] 5.0%,the conversion of oleic acid reached up t77.11%, and the catalyst still had better activity af ter used repeatedly 5 times.
