摘　　要：Office操作考核是计算机基础考试的重点。为了提高Office操作题的阅卷效率,在分析Office文档对象及属性的基础上,结合VBA技术,设计并实现了Office操作题自动阅卷的通用系统,给出了部分算法实例,并在Windows XP操作平台下利用自动阅卷评分系统分别对Word、Excel及PowerPoint的操作性试题进行评分测试。测试结果表明,系统运行良好,评分准确可靠,提高了教师阅卷的效率,为其他考试阅卷系统的设计提供了参考,对改革传统的考试方法具有重要的参考价值。The examination for Office operating-question is the emphasis of computer application basis examination. In order to improve the scoring efficiency of Office operating-question, the auto-marking universal system for Office operating-question is designed and implemented using VBA technology on the basis of analysis of the objects and attributes of Office documents, and some algorithm examples are important reference value to reform the traditional method of examination.
