摘　　要：通过文献研究和实地调查，概括总结新生代农民工生存发展的现状，剖析这一群体在分享改革成果的进程中所面临的不利因素和瓶颈，认为必须通过从个体、组织、制度等实务层面展开具体的增权实践和应对措施，才能改变其个体无权、边缘化，组织无权、内卷化，制度无权、分割化等问题，从而切实维护好广大新生代农民工生存发展的基本权益，避免陷入发展的陷阱不能自拔。Through document research and field investigation, we summarize the survival status and development of the new generation of migrant workers, and also analyze the unfavorable factors and bottleneck to these people in the process of sharing reform achievements. To change the situation that the individual has no right and is marginalized, the situation that the organization has no right and is involuted, the situation that the system has no right and is segmented, specific empowerment practice and responsive measures should be carried out through such different levels as individual, organization, and system, so that the basic survival and development rights and interests of the new generation of migrant workers might be protected.
