摘 要:分别以不同矿区的长焰煤、焦煤、瘦煤为基底,以白腐真菌为接种菌,将煤样在35℃条件下有氧降解15 d,通过测试降解前后煤样的质量变化以及元素含量变化来研究白腐真菌的降解作用.实验结果表明,白腐真菌可以降解煤炭,随着煤的变质程度升高,白腐真菌对其降解率降低;白腐真菌处理过煤之后,反应液的pH值降低,且煤的变质程度越低,pH值也越低;降解后的煤,其C含量减少,H和O的含量增加.Respectively taking long flame coal,coking coal,lean coal selected from different mining areas as substrates,and white-rot fungus as inoculants,the degradation of white-rot fungus was studied by testing the changes of weight and elemental content of the coal samples before and after being degraded via aerobic degradation at 35 ℃ for 15 days.The results show that coal can be degraded by white-rot fungus,and the degradation rate decreases with the increase of coal rank.After being degraded,the pH value of reaction liquid reduces and the lower the coal rank is,the lower the pH becomes.After the degradation of coal,the content of carbon in the coal reduces,whereas the hydrogen and oxygen increase relatively.
