摘  要:高校旅游管理专业课堂教学模式研究是关系国家人才培养的一个重要课题。建立"推力—引力"课堂教学模式,来改善导游实务教学。推力因素包括加强专业思想教育,课外调查和课堂教学相结合,了解学生心理信息等;引力因素包括准备充实生动的课堂内容,运用多样化课堂教学方法,总结创新记忆方法,采用合理公平的期末成绩评价方法以及提高授课教师的人格魅力。在成绩评价方法中创造"小组荣耻加权综合考评法"用以测评学生课堂表现成绩,在实践中取得了较好的效果。通过"推力—引力"教学模式激发学生学习的主动性,使学生积极参与课堂,真正实现由"要我学"到"我要学"的主动转变。The research of teaching model for university tourism management profession is an important task connected with national personnel training. It builds the "Thrust-gravitation" teaching model to improve guide practice teaching . Thrust factors include improving professional ideological education , combining extra- curricular survey with classroom teaching, knowing students' mentality information and so on. Gravitation factors incIude the preparation of rich and vivid lessons, using various teaching methods, making summary of creativity memory strategies , taking reasonable and fair evaluation methodology for terminal grade to improve teachers' personality charm. In the grade evaluation methodology, " the way connected with the group' s honor and disgrace to check and evaluate roundly" to test students' suggestion grade in the classes are used to obtain a good effect. According to using "Thrust-gravitation" teaching model ", it can stimulate the students" activity to study and make students take part in the classes actively , so that they can realize the active transform from "passive study" to "active study".
