摘　　要：文章介绍了硫化铁性质、危害、形成机理、自燃原因分析及影响硫化铁自燃因素,深入分析处理厂检修及作业区清管时发现硫化铁黑色粉末并发生自燃现象,分析了榆林南区集输管道出现硫化铁原因,并针对性提出榆林南区防止硫化铁生成及相应的防护对策。Article describes the nature of iron sulfide, damage, formation mechanism, causes spontaneous combustion spontaneous combustion analysis and factors affecting iron sulfide, in-depth analysis of plant maintenance and operation area pigging found black powder and iron sulfide occurrence of spontaneous combustion, analysis of the southern district of Yulin gathering channel iron sulfide occurs causes and propose targeted to prevent the southern district of Yulin iron sulfide formation and the corresponding preventive measures.
