摘  要:为研究秦源煤业含硬煤分层综放开采硬煤分层对顶煤放出率的影响,运用PFC2D软件建立放顶煤数值模型,模拟在随赋存变化的硬煤厚度影响下顶煤的冒放规律,统计不同硬煤厚度上位顶煤、硬煤分层、下位顶煤的回收率,提出提高散体顶煤回收率的措施。结果表明:硬煤分层的厚度影响顶煤冒放性,随着硬煤厚度增加,顶煤回收率受到严重影响;通过优化工作面综放开采工艺和采取顶煤注水弱化硬煤能增加顶煤的破碎度和降低硬煤的强度,使顶煤的回收率得到提高。In order to research the influence of hard coal seam in fully-mechanized caving on the recovery rate of top coal in Qinyuan mine,the paper applies the PFC2D software to establish numerical simulation of top coal caving,to simulate the top coal caving law under the influence of different thickness of the hard coal with the change of the occurrence,and calculates the recovery rate of upper top coal,hard coal seam and lower top coal in different thickness of hard coal and raises improving measures for recovery rate of the loose top coal.Results show that the thickness of hard coal affects the caving property of top coal and the recovery rate of top coal is severely affected with the increase of thickness of the hard coal;the fragmentation of the top-coal can be increased and the strength of the hard coal can be weaken through optimizing the process of fully mechanized caving in working face and adopting the top-coal water injection to soften the hard coal,so as to improve the coal recovery rate.
