摘  要:针对马营煤矿作为典型整合矿井,小窑破坏区数量多,有一条与整合前原南运输巷相连的14号密闭巷道,在9103工作面回风巷掘进过程中,绕行通过14号密闭墙的问题,提出了为确保巷内带式输送机的安装,必须将9103工作面回风巷拉直,对14号密闭墙进行内拓处理。在分析14号密闭墙所处环境的基础上,制定了启封总体思路,然后按照排放有害气体、预先用罗克休材料充填密闭墙、用马丽散加固巷道、砌密闭墙等程序进行了密闭墙的启封和重新砌筑。结果表明:启封思路正确,罗克休材料能快速固化充填巷道,马丽散能使松散破碎煤岩体粘结成一体,提高围岩支撑力,确保密闭效果。Maying Coal Mine as a typical integrated coal mine,there are many damaged areas.No.14 is a sealed roadway that connects with a former southern transportation roadway.Problems arose in safely accessing the roadway during the installation of a conveyor system that required drilling in the 9103 return air roadway and a detour through the existing No.14 fire seal.The objective of works was to straighten 9103 return air roadway and extend inwardly the No.14 fire seal.Base on a comprehensive analysis of the No 14 fire seal,the general idea of safely unsealing the area and resealing it has been developed.The existing fire seal was removed following injection and expansion of the area behind the seal with Rockshow material to prevent escape of harmful gases.A new seal was rebuilt and the roadway strengthened with Malisan Resin and the fire seal was paved.The results showed that the idea of removal of an existing seal could be conducted safely and efficiently through use of two products.Rockshow foam filling material could be injected into the roadway and expand and set quickly.Malisan Resins can be used to increase cohesiveness and prevent loose rock,improve support forces and ensure an airtight seal is effected.
