舒利迭治疗儿童哮喘疗效观察与分析

摘　　要：目的:观察舒利迭治疗儿童哮喘的临床疗效,为儿童支气管哮喘治疗方案的完善提供参考依据。方法:选取支气管哮喘患儿103例,随机分为舒利迭观察组和辅舒酮对照组,治疗期间两组患儿在有急性哮喘症状时按需使用万托林气雾剂,并记录使用次数。比较两组患儿日/夜间症状评分和肺功能改善情况。结果:治疗后,舒利迭观察组53例中,显效34例,有效18例,无效1例,总有效率98.1%;辅舒酮对照组50例中,显效21例,有效21例,无效8例,总有效率84.0%,两组有效率与治疗前比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组与对照组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒利迭在改善儿童哮喘症状方面取得了肯定的疗效,是治疗儿童支气管哮喘较理想的药物。Objective：To observe and analyze the clinical effects of seretide on children asthma and supply the reference evidences for completing the cure program for the children bronchia asthma.Methods：103 children with bronchia asthma were selected,and divided into the observation group of seretide and the control group of flixotide,during the intervention.Patients in both groups were given ventolin aerosol when the acute asthma symptom appeared,and the times of useage were recorded.Results：After the intervention,among 53 patients of the observation group of seretide,there were 34 cases with excellent effect,18 cases with effect,1 cases without effect,total effective rate was 98.1%.Among 50 patients of the control group of flixotide,there were 21 cases with excellent effect,21 cases with effect,8 cases without effect,total effective rate was 84.0%.Compared with before treatment,there was significant difference after treatment in two groups（P0.05）.There was significant difference between two groups after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion：Seretide has achieved definite effects on improving symptom,is an ideal medicine to cure children bronchia asthma.
