摘　　要：目的:探讨数字化双腔球囊导管子宫输卵管造影在不孕症诊断中的优势。方法:回顾分析975例不孕症数字化双腔球囊导管子宫输卵管造影检查资料。结果:1 008例中双侧输卵管通畅54例(5.36%),单侧输卵管通畅213例(21.13%),双侧输卵管梗阻34例(3.37%),单侧通而不畅228例(22.62%),双侧通而不畅479例(47.52%)。结论:数字化双腔球囊导管子宫输卵管造影诊断不孕症操作简便、安全、有效。对不孕症的病因诊断有重要价值,可为临床治疗提供客观依据,并具有一定的治疗作用。Objective：To explore advantage of digital double cavity with a balloon catheter uterine oviduct angiography in the diagnosis of infertility.Methods：Retrospective analysis of 975 cases of infertility digital double cavity with a balloon catheter hysterosalpingography examination information was executed.Results：There were 54 patients（5.5%） bilateral tubal patency,213 cases（21.8%） unilateral tubal patency,34 patients（3.4%） bilateral tubal obstruction,228 cases（23.4%） unilateral passable,479 cases（49.1%） bilateral passable in 975 cases.Conclusion：Digital double cavity with a balloon catheter angiography in the diagnosis of uterine tubal infertility is simple,safe and effective.Diagnosis of the cause of infertility has an important value,can provide an objective basis for clinical treatment,and has a therapeutic effect.
