摘 要:从吉林省某发病鹅场分离到1株病毒,经血凝、血凝抑制试验和RT-PCR鉴定证实,该毒株为新城疫病毒,命名为MHK-1株。毒力测定结果表明,该病毒的鸡胚平均死亡时间(MDT)为43h,1日龄雏鸡脑内接种致病指数(ICPI)为1.63,鸡胚半数致死量(ELD50)为10-8.3/0.2mL,表明该毒株为新城疫病毒强毒株。经致病性试验表明,该病毒对鹅有很强的致病性。分子病毒学分析表明,MHK-1株F基因裂解位点的氨基酸序列为112 R-R-Q-K-R-F117,符合强毒株氨基酸序列特点。A strain virus isolated from a goose farm in Jilin province was identified as Newcastle disease virus by HA, HI and RT-PCR. The virus was named MHK-1 strain. The MDT and ICPI, ELD50 {or MHK-1 strain were 43 h,1.63 and 10-83/0.2 mL,respectively. The results indicated that the MHK-1 isolate was virulent strain of Newcastle disease virus. The pathogenic experiment revealed that the virus is very strong pathogenic to goose. The sequence analysis of F gene of the isolate showed that the sequence of the cleavage site of the fusion protein of MHK-1 isolate was 112 R-R-Q-K-R-F117 ,which is consistent with that of the published virulent NDV strains.
