摘 要:分离纯化了乳腺上皮细胞,对细胞进行角蛋白免疫组化鉴定后,比较不同细胞因子对乳腺上皮细胞生长的影响。结果显示,生长因子EGF或HGF对牛乳腺上皮细胞的增殖具有重要作用,17β-E2不能促进牛乳腺上皮细胞的增殖,但可与EGF协同促进牛乳腺上皮细胞的增殖,表明17β-E2对EGF诱导的乳腺上皮细胞增殖具有重要作用。Mammary epithelial cells (MECs) have the function of synthesis and secretion of milk protein and fat,which is an important tool cells, however, long-term culture of mammary cells in vitro is very difficult. The objective of this study was to study the growth environment suitable for bovine MECs in vitro. These cells were isolated, purified and identified by immunohistochemi- cal staining of keratin. The addition of EGF and HGF led to an increase in growth rate of bovine MECs,and 17β -E2 alone could not promote the proliferation of these cells,but 17β-E2 and EGF could cooperativelly enhance cell proliferation, suggesting that 17β -E2 may play a crucial role in EGF-induced mammary epithelial cell growth.
