犬腹腔镜肝部分切除术对肝、肾功能的影响

摘　　要：选择8条健康杂种犬进行腹腔镜下肝部分切除,于麻醉前、术后4h及术后第1、3、5、7、9、11、13、15天采取静脉血进行肝肾功能指标监测。结果显示,天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、丙氨酸氨基转移酶及碱性磷酸酶于术后第1天升到高峰;尿酸、尿素氮和肌酐于术后4h即达到高峰;白蛋白和总蛋白略微有所下降,于术后第1天降到最低;而γ-谷氨酰基转移酶术后变化不大。结果表明,犬腹腔镜肝部分切除术仅仅短期内对肝、肾功能产生影响,且肝、肾功能在术后一段时间内可恢复。Eight healthy mature dogs were selected to study the effects of laparoscopic segmental liver resection on hepatic and renal function. The results showed that the aspartate aminotrans- ferase,the alanine aminotransferase and the alkaline phosphatase were the highest at 1 day posto- peration;the uric acid, the blood urea nitraogen and the creatinine were the highest at 4 hours postoperation;the albumin and the total protein decreased slightly and were the lowest at 1 day postoperation;the 7-Glutamyl transpeptidase had no larger changes,indicating that laparoseopic segmental liver resection had a certain influence on the hepatic and renal function of dogs in the short term,which could be quickly recovered in the postoperation.
