摘  要:教师专业知识与能力是提高教学质量的关键。对中职教师专业知识与专业能力现状进行问卷调查结果表明:中职教师的教育知识和职业背景知识比较薄弱,课程开发能力和校企合作能力也有待加强。为此,中等职业学校要努力构建分层次的专业师资培训机制,深化校企合作培训机制,开展社会服务活动,逐步提高教师实践能力和课程开发能力。Teachers' professional knowledge and ability is the key to improve the teaching quality.Questionnaire survey on the present situation of professional knowledge and ability of secondary vocational teachers has been done,and the results show that secondary vocational teachers' education and professional background knowledge is weak,and their abilities in curriculum development and school-enterprise cooperation also need to be strengthened.Therefore,secondary vocational schools need to strive to construct the hierarchical training mechanism for specialty teachers,deepen the school-enterprise cooperation training mechanism,carry out social service activities,and gradually improve teachers' abilities in practice and curriculum development.
