摘　　要：目的观察BillrothⅡ式胃大部切除术对2型糖尿病患者术后血糖的影响,探讨该术式能否成为治疗2型糖尿病的有效治疗方式。方法 36例合并2型糖尿病的胃癌患者行BillrothⅡ式胃大部切除术,比较术前、术后体质量指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)的变化。结果术后均未发生并发症。与术前比较,术后患者体质量指数、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白含量均明显降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。糖尿病总治愈率72.2%,有效率94.4%。结论 BillrothⅡ式胃大部切除术对胃癌合并2型糖尿病患者有治疗价值,为临床治疗糖尿病提供依据。【Objective】 To observe the effect of Billroth II Type gastrectomy on blood glucose of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM）,and to explore whether this operation type Treatment of type 2 diabetes can be an effective mode of treatment.【Methods】 A retrospective analysis on the serum lever of body mass index（BMI）,fasting blood glucose（FPG） and glycated hemoglobin（HbAlc） in 36 cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients complicated with gastric cancer undergone Billroth II Type gastrectomy.【Results】 No postoperative complications occurred in all of the 36 patients by Billroth II Type gastrectomy.Compared with the preoperative situation,postoperative patients with BMI,FPG and HbA1c were decreased obviously,the difference has statistical significance（P〈 0.01）.Diabetes cure rate was 72.2%,recovery rate was 94.4%.【Conclusion】 Billroth II Type gastrectomy in gastric cancer patients with type 2 diabetes patients have therapeutic value,provide the basis for the clinical treatment of diabetes.
