摘  要:针对宝山钢铁股份有限公司1550冷轧连续退火机组的333个"W"型辐射管烧嘴因缺乏煤气燃烧安全监测和预警功能,导致辐射管烧嘴在煤气燃烧异常时无法及时发现的技术难题,采用将连续退火炉同一区同一列上的辐射管作为一个控制分析单元,在分析单元的每一个辐射管烧嘴出口烟气支管上新增一支热电偶检测辐射管燃烧出口烟温的方法,建立了燃烧预警系统。通过L0,L1和L2级分级式层次结构设计,实现了退火炉辐射管煤气燃烧预警控制。经生产应用证明,系统运行稳定,对现场的燃烧故障判断准确,预警准确率可达99%以上。The original design of the 333 "W" type radiant tube burners of Baosteel' s 1550 cold rolling continuous annealing unit is lack of monitoring and warning function in gas combustion safety system, which results that the gas combustion abnormality of radiant tube burners couldn' t be found in time. So the radiant tubes at the same region and same column in the continuous annealing furnace are treated as a control and analysis unit, and a new thermocouple is added at each radiant tube burner outlet flue gas branch pipe of the analysis unit to detect radiant tube combustion gas temperature, then a radiation pipe burning gas warning system is established. Through the L0, L1 and L2 level hierarchical structure network design, the gas combustion early warning function of annealing furnace radiant tubes is real- ized. The system is stable and accurate for the judgment of gas combustion fault diagnosis in the pro- duction applications. The accuracy of prediction is above 99%.
