补肾活血清肝方联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征90例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察补肾活血清肝方联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效。方法将180例PCOS患者随机分为对照组与观察组各90例,对照组口服克罗米芬进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合补肾活血清肝方进行治疗,两组疗程均为3个月经周期。观察两组临床疗效、治疗前后患者子宫内膜厚度、血睾酮(T)、黄体生成激素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH),同时观察患者的排卵率和妊娠率。结果观察组临床疗效总有效率为92.2%,排卵率为82.2%,妊娠率为56.7%;对照组临床疗效总有效率为78.9%,排卵率为40.0%,妊娠率为24.4%,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后LH、T水平明显较治疗前降低,FSH水平、子宫内膜厚度较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),观察组治疗后的LH、FSH以及子宫内膜厚度与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾活血调肝方联合克罗米芬治疗PCOS临床疗效肯定,可提高患者的排卵率,增加患者妊娠率,效果优于单用克罗米芬。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Kidney-Supplementing Blood-Quickening Liver-Clearing Formula （KBLF） combined with Clomiphene for polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS）. Methods Totally 180 cases of PCOS were randomized into the control group and observation group, with 90 in each. Both groups were given Clomiphene and the observation group was added with KBLF. The treatment course lasted for 3 menstrual cycles. The therapeutic effect, endometrial thickness, testosterone （T）, luteinizing hormone （LH）, estradiol （E2）, follicle stimulating hormone （FSH）, ovulation rate and pregnancy rate was observed. Results The total effective rate, ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the observation group was 92.2%, 82.2%and 56.7% respectively. The total effective rate, ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the control group was 78.9%, 40.0% and 24.4% respectively. There were significant differences between groups in the total effective rate, ovulation rate and pregnancy rate （P〈0. 05）. The levels of LH and T were significantly decreased in both groups after treatment, but the FSH level and endometrial thickness was significantly increased （P〈0. 05）. There were significant differences between groups in LH, FSH and endometrial thickness after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion KBLF combined with Clomiphene is effective for PCOS. It can increase the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate, with a better effect than Clomiphene alone.
