摘 要:通过测试掺入纤维的早强型支座砂浆的抗压强度、抗折强度、劈裂抗拉强度、弹性模量和韧性指数,研究了混杂纤维对早强型支座砂浆的增韧效果。结果表明:掺入纤维可以提高砂浆的抗压强度,显著提高了砂浆的抗折强度、劈裂抗拉强度和弹性模量。混杂纤维的最佳掺入比例为0.6%钢纤维+0.2%玻璃纤维+0.2%聚丙烯纤维,使砂浆28 d的抗压强度、抗折强度、劈裂抗拉强度和弹性模量分别提高7%、68%、44%和53%,压折比从空白样的6.35降低到4.03,大大提高了砂浆的韧性指数,增强了砂浆的韧性。An experimental study was conducted on early strength grouting mortar reinforced with fibres. The compressive strength,flexural strength,splitting tensile strength,static modulus of elasticity and toughness indices were determined to study the effect of the hybrid fibres on the properties of early strength grouting mortar. The results showed that incorporation of fibers can improve the compressive strength,and significantly improve the flexnral strength,splitting tensile strength and modulus of elasticity. Hybridization of fibres in the quantities of 0.6% steel fibres + 0.2% glass fibres + 0.2% polypropylene fiber was the best mixing rario,enhanced the compressive strength,flexural strength,splitting tensile strength and static modulus of elasticity of the early strength grouting mortar by about 7%,68%,44% and 53% respectively,the ratio of compressive strength and flexural strength reduced from 6.35 to 4.03,greatly improved the toughness index and enhanced toughness of the early strength grouting mortar.
