摘 要:采用成分分析、XRD、粒度分析等测试手段综合分析了脱硫石膏的物理化学性质,以DSC/TG曲线探究脱硫石膏脱水转化温度,同时分析建筑石膏的相组成,使用纤维解决建筑石膏力学强度低的缺点。实验表明:脱硫石膏和天然石膏在理化性质和矿物组成上极为相似;两步煅烧工艺有效解决了高耗能问题,煅烧后的脱硫石膏β-CaSO4·0.5H2O含量为66.640%;聚丙烯纤维掺加量为0.08%时力学性能最优。The physical chemical properties of flue gas desulphurization gypsum were analyzed with measurements of compo- nent analysis,XRD and particle size analysis. 3;he temperature of dehydration of FGD gypsum was inquired through DSC/TG curves, and excitation hydration method was applied to analyze the phase composition of building piaster. The low mechanical strength of building plaster was addressed by using fiber. Experiment results indicated that the chemical and physical properties and mineral compositions of FGD gypsum are very similar tO those of natural gypsum. The twice calcination could effectively address the high-energy-cost issue,and the content of β-CaSO4·0.5H2O in the calcined building plaster is 66.640%. When the adding amount of polypropylene fiber is 0.08%,the mechanical property is the optimal.
