摘 要:针对夏热冬冷地区的气候特点,探讨了外墙自保温系统的结露和能耗问题。以马鞍山市住宅建筑为研究对象,计算得出冬季墙体内表面的平均平均温度为15.8℃,结果表明,自保温系统良好的热工性能保证了墙体不会出现表面结露现象;对比参考建筑的能耗分析结果得知,自保温系统的节能率为55.7%,完全满足建筑节能50%的标准,根据"十二五"规划对建筑节能65%的要求,提高自保温砌块的热工性能是今后节能工作的研究主题。Aiming at the climate features of hot summer and cold winter area,the problem on dewing and energy consumption of exterior wall self-lnsulation system was discussed in this paper. A residential building in Ma'anshan city was selected as an ex^nple,the research shows that the phenomenon of dewing won't appear on the wall surface by the good thermal performance of self-insulation system. The average temperature of the wall inner surface in winter was calculated 15.8℃, Comparing energy consumption of the case building with reference building,the energy saving rate of self-insulation system was 55.7%,fully meeting the standard of building energy saving 50%. According to the requirements of the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" for 65% of building energy preservation,impreving the thermal properties of self-insulation block is the topic of future energy-saving research.
