摘 要:以发泡水泥板废料代替骨料和部分粉煤灰,采用压制成型方法制备免烧免蒸砖,对不同掺量发泡板废料和不同掺量水泥进行了对比试验,同时比较了不同石膏、成型水用量、外加剂及养护制度对免烧免蒸砖抗压强度的影响。结果表明,发泡板废料掺量可高达50%,成型水用量13%,成型压力4 MPa左右,制备的免烧免蒸砖抗压强度可达12 MPa以上,符合JC 239—2001《粉煤灰砖》的要求;水泥掺量的增大有利于提高免烧免蒸砖强度;热养护与标准养护20 d强度相当。Foam cement panel waste was used to replace aggregate and some fly ash in preparation of non-burned and nonautoclave bricks by compression moulding. Comparative study in different content of foam cement panel waste and cement was carried out, and the effects of different gypsum,forming water content,admixture and curing system on compressive strength of non-burned and non-autoclave bricks were also investigated. The results show that the non-burned and non-autoclave bricks with com- pressive strength of more than 12MPa can be prepared in the condition of 4 MPa pressure,the maximum mixing amount of foam cement panel waste up to 50% and the 13% forming water content,meeting the requirements in standard JC 239---2001;Increase the content of cement can increase the compressive strength of non-burned and non-antoclave bricks;the 20 d compressive strength of heating curing and standard curing hre concord in the basic line.
