摘 要:分别对涂刷硅烷防腐涂料的砂浆试件进行了酸、碱、盐腐蚀和冻融循环试验,通过测试试件的质量和力学性能变化,研究了不同硅烷防腐涂料的耐化学侵蚀和抗冻融破坏性能。结果表明,经酸、碱、盐腐蚀和冻融循环试验后的硅烷涂料砂浆试件仍具有较高的抗压强度和抗折强度,硅烷涂料表现出优良的耐化学腐蚀和良好的抗冻融循环能力,但不同硅烷防腐涂料的耐化学腐蚀和抗冻融循环性能有较大差异。The corrosion tests in acid, alkali and salt solution,as well as freeze-thaw cycle tests were conducted on mortars coated with anticorrosive silicane coating. The chemical corrosion and freeze-thaw resistance of different anticorrosive silicane coatings were investigated by changes of the mass and mechanical properties of the mortars. Results show that the mortars coated with the silicane coating have high compressive strength and flexural strength after the corrosion and freeze-thaw cycle tests. The. silicane coatings exhibit excellent resistance to the chemical corrosion and freeze-thaw damage. However, the chemical corrosion and freeze-thaw resistance of different anticorrosive silicane coatings are diverse.
