农业科技成果向职业农民转化的制约因素分析

摘　　要：职业农民是现代农业发展的主力军,是农业科技的需求主体,是农业科技成果转化的主要对象。目前,农业科技供给与服务、农业科技投资与保障机制、职业农民自身素质、农业生产环境等因素制约农业科技成果向职业农民转化。为此,提出相应的促进农业科技成果向职业农民转化的对策。The occupation farmer is the main force in the development of modem agriculture, which is the main demand body of agricultural science and technology and the main object of agricultural science and technology achievements transformation. At present, all the factors, including supply and services of agricultural science and technology, investment and guarantee mechanism of agricultural science and technology, the quality of farmers themselves, agricultural production environment, restrict the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements to the occupation farmer. There- fore, the government should take measures to promote the transformation of agricultural science and technology achieve- ments to the occupation farmer.
