浅谈高校图书馆知识资本管理——以天津外国语大学图书馆为例

摘　　要：知识管理不仅对企业发展非常重要,而且对高校图书馆服务水平的提升也尤为重要。本文以天津外国语大学图书馆为例,对图书馆知识资本的概念进行了分析,并对图书馆知识资本进行了调查,最后提出了图书馆知识资本管理的对策。Knowledge management has become more important not only to enterprise development, but also to the promotion of university library＇s service. Taking the library of Tianjin Foreign Studies University as an example, this paper analyzes and investigates the library knowledge capital, and finally puts forward the strategy for library knowledge capital management.
