摘　　要：本文论述了危机沟通在图书馆危机管理中的重要作用,指出了图书馆危机沟通中存在的问题,针对存在问题提出了完善危机信息沟通机制的基本路径,包括营造良好的图书馆文化氛围,改善危机沟通环境,拓宽危机沟通渠道和加强危机信息沟通的制度建设。This paper discusses the important role of crisis communication in the crisis management of library, points out the existing problems in the library crisis communication and puts forward the basic path to improve the crisis information communication mechanism to solve the problems, inclu-ding the building the good library cultural atmosphere, improving crisis communication environment, widening the crisis communication channels and strengthening the crisis irfformation communication system construction.
