摘　　要：本文在对信息能力内涵分析的基础上,结合天津市本科院校图书馆,对人员结构、技术设备、信息资源配置以及信息服务等信息能力影响因素,进行了实证调查研究。Based on the analysis of the connotation of the information ability, combining with the Tianjin undergraduate university libraries, this pa-per conducts the empirical research on the influence factors of information ability such as the personnel structure, technical equipment, information re-sources allocation and information service.
